Get the details on the Maglev Metro Promo Cards: what they include, how they work, and whether they're a worthwhile addition to your game.
Quick answer
The Maglev Metro Promo Cards are a small expansion that adds 4 new Passenger Bonus Cards to your Maglev Metro games, offering fresh strategic options without changing the core rules.
What makes these promo cards different
Unlike a full expansion, these promo cards only affect the Passenger Bonus deck. They don't add new maps, trains, or rules — just new ways to earn points and challenge your passengers. This makes them a low-commitment way to refresh the game.
Compatibility considerations
The promo cards work with both the base Maglev Metro game and Maglev Metro Maps Volume 1. If you own either or both, these cards will fit right into your existing deck. However, if you don't own any Maglev Metro game, you'll need at least the base game to use them.
Frequently asked questions

- The set contains 4 new Passenger Bonus Cards. These are designed to be shuffled into the existing bonus deck from the base game or Maps Volume 1.
- Do I need the base game to use these promo cards?
- Yes. The promo cards are an add-on, not a standalone product. You need at least the Maglev Metro base game or Maglev Metro Maps Volume 1 to play with them. Check your game collection before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
