One Week Ultimate Werewolf lleva la emocionante jugabilidad de One Night Ultimate Werewolf y la retuerce por completo, con una tensión creciente a medida que te aventuras en las habitaciones especiales del Castillo Ludwig. Además de 3 a 7 jugadores, tres miembros del personal deambulan por el castillo, y cada uno de ellos también tiene un rol secreto. Tras una semana de investigación (que debería llevar unos 45 minutos), todo se reduce a una votación. Si eres un hombre lobo, intentas permanecer sin ser descubierto. Si eres un aldeano, intentas encontrar a esos astutos hombres lobo. Y si eres un Tanner, bueno, ¡intentas que te atrapen!

One Week Ultimate Werewolf incluye más de una docena de habitaciones únicas. Juegas solo con unas pocas en cada partida, lo que hace que cada juego sea diferente.
